We built a data warehouse in Google BigQuery that integrated all three systems through Python-based ETL pipelines. The real complexity was in the business logic: multi-step financial calculations for retirement valuations, case status tracking across systems, and revenue attribution by case type. We delivered reporting dashboards that gave leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, case margins, and onboarding bottlenecks.

X-iT Outdoors' sales team was operating with stale inventory data and no reliable view of what was actually in stock across warehouses. Product data came from Shopify, site analytics from Google Analytics, and financials from internal systems. The biggest headache was data quality: much of the input involved manual entry from the client's team, leading to inconsistencies that made reporting unreliable.
We built a data pipeline using Python and SQL that pulled from Shopify, Google Analytics, and the internal financial system on a daily basis, processing GBs of transaction and inventory data. A core focus was data quality: validation rules, deduplication logic, and automated flagging of anomalies from manual entry. The end result was a real-time inventory dashboard the sales team used daily to see exactly what was available, what was selling, and where margins were strongest.

Azorra manages a fleet of leased aircraft across global markets, and their team needed a single source of truth that brought together flight tracking data, aviation industry news, CRM records, and internal team updates. Information was scattered across systems, making it difficult to act quickly on fleet decisions, market shifts, or client opportunities.
We built a centralized data infrastructure system that integrated live flight tracking feeds, aviation news APIs, CRM data, and internal collaboration tools into one unified repository. Eagle Search US needed to scale their outbound lead generation beyond manual prospecting. Lead data was fragmented across Apollo, LinkedIn, and other B2B sources with no consistent way to score, segment, or personalize outreach. The sales team was spending more time on data wrangling than actual selling.
We built an end-to-end lead generation data pipeline that aggregated B2B lead data from Apollo, LinkedIn, and other sources into a clean, deduplicated database. On top of that, we integrated an AI intelligence layer that automatically analyzed, scored, and segmented leads based on fit criteria. The system generated personalized outreach messaging for each segment and fed directly into their marketing campaign tools for automated execution.
